Test pipes- Best performance mod for my car.

I just installed some titek test pipes on my car and the gains are definitely there.. I can feel it all through out the powerband. Only down side is the rasp at 4K RPM.

Butt dyno says this mod will easily shave 0.05-0.1 off the quarter mile.. I felt more gains with this than my X02 true dual, or intake, or the crawford plenum... Maybe it worked really well in conjuction with the exhaust and the plenum?

Not bad! Maybe if you would have gone Resonated it would have helped your rasp A LOT, if not eliminated the rasp. You can always return those and get some FI res. =). Have you Dynoed? HP gains?

Yeah, I know about the whole intake thing.. Thats why I took off my fujita and went back to stock.. I'm also locally going to pick up a Z tube tonight so that should help even more.

The intake sounded awesome but the car at WOT with that intake and exhaust had way too many sounds going on so it sounded odd and very loud.

As for dyno's, we are having a dyno day here on the 24th so we'll see what I dyno at.

I didn't feel that much of an increase on my revup, but it definately helped out.

I'm sure im already running very lean since I have a good amount of breathing mods, so a tune will definately help me out.

FYI: Test pipes lean out the AFR more than some other mods out there. Meaning there's more power to be made from a tune.
