Which Intake To get ? HKS or Nismo??
I looked very close. The Biltz is clearly is letting alot more dirt into the ENGINE vs the others except the HKS.
It doesn't matter WHICH car the test uses. what matters is the relative results against various filters. The results speak for themselves.
What you should be concerned about is WHERE this dirt is going. It's going straight into the combustion chamber and sandblasting your cylinder walls. And contaminating your oil.
At least the Blitz looks pretty. Ever wonder why the blitz has no maintainance? Because it's not catching anything to get the filter dirty

screw an intake, replaced it with my inter cooler piping when i went booooooooooosted...save up and get boosted guys, seriously, our cars are freakin slow

the same style of filter the HKS uses has been used in MotoX forever, it hasn't stoped any of them from ridding. yes, the blitz doesn't filter out everything... niether does the stock filter or any filter for that matter. i've always liked the APEX'i filters but they don't make on for the G, unless you have a CAI setup. this filter isn't gonna kill my engine, i've been assured by many reputable mechs. not just some guy who found a random article one day.

As for fujita losing 15+ HP.. Please show me any sign of that because now you're talking out of your a$$. Only way that would be possible is if the car had a blown head gasket and was completely detuned.. Its almost impossible to lose that much HP from an intake.
You don't even have a dyno of before and after from stock to your intake set up.. How are we supposed to believe you? You felt a power increase cause of the noise right? That must mean you gained hp.
No one is getting butt hurt, if anyone its you.

At LEAST run a blackstone labs test on your oil and observe the silicone content reading.
I did that with my Stillen/K&N setup on my maxima. Results came back good.
It's not about filtering everything, it's about maintaining the max amount of flow with the max amount of filtration.

Just for your information, it's alot easier to make a filter that loses power than it it is to design one that actually makes power. Especially on our well designed VQ35 motor.
i lived in Japan for 2yrs, i've met guys who've ran these filters on their rides forever. Turbo kits shorten the the lifespan of ur engine more than anything. hell just driving it hard will. it's not made to last forever. if that's what ur interested in, go buy a Toyota Corola. if not then keep ur car, push it and have fun while it lasts. then get a new toy.

Sorry the bling factor isn't THAT important to me. Call me crazy but when you have a filter, I expect to do what? Filter maybe?
Turbo kits only shorten the life of the engine if you treat it wrong. But at least there's a benefit to justify the risk.

no, it's not a gain from the sound it's a gain from the Dyno sheets i got at Technosquare. no, i don't have a stock dyno sheet. just a pre & post tune one. they on the other hand did have a stock G 2003 sedans sheets from there dyno and it was around 210ish to the wheels(mostely because of the older 5AT). mine was 246whp, they said that on another dyno on another day they're sure it'd be much higher. the tune alone picked up 18whp. i'm not tryin' to say my car's the best BUT i do take it seriously.
