i have a question. i just installed my z tube and waiting for my pop charger. but wheni turn off my car i can hear a whistle. is that right?

I don't have a JWT P/C, but have the Stillen CAI. Sounds like
you have a problem. Check your install.

If you don't have a tight seal somewhere after the air filter you could be getting a whistle along with dirty air. Check your connections. No whistle here, even WITH my pop charger.
