Hi guys, I drive a 05 skyline 350gt, only had it for about 6 months. I found out something very weird that when I start the car in the morning, the "smoke" only come out of the left exhaust pipe. I don't see or feel anything out of the right one
is it normal or is it just me?

its normal.. the exhaust isn't a trual dual, and it works by having a midpipe connect to 1 muffler with 2 tips. Since the midpipe connects to the left side of the muffler, more "smoke" (as u call it) comes out of the left tip, there is still some coming out of the right side, if you punch it you will see it or you can put your hand up to it and feel it coming out.. it escapes the closest exit rather than moving all the way to the far end to come out of the right side.. idk if what i said makes sense but that's my take on it

yup, normal. When I first got the car I noticed it as well. Reason why is because the right tip closes when at idle to admit less exhaust into the air and more of a direct flow from the exhaust. When you accelerate both open up to allow more exhaust flow. Pretty self explanitory when you think about it. Don't worry though, it's all normal
