^agreed

What would be good as well is to provide radar charts for each configuration since there are so many variables in what constitute a good exhaust for each individual. Also a few flattened charts in a scatter plot of each variable over price so that one can compare the differences among each configuration.

+1... I was trying to keep track over the months - but just ended up getting lost in all the configuration choices

^ its not really difficult to chose what parts you want and what parts you don't. I'm pretty sure if you pm him he'll help you out. I remember i was indecisive about what parts were which and what it will sound like but he really helped me out. Just think of it this way, do i want it quiet or loud, deep or higher pitched, depending on your decision you can chose between resonators or cats to be added to the xyz pipe. And you can chose between the vq, gamma and shockwave for the muffler part, shockwave does not have mufflers on it though. And I also believe you can chose between TDX and their regular mid section, i believe that the tdx has a slightly higher pitched tone and no resonators, whereas their regular does include a resonator(correct me if i'm wrong). Hope this all made sense. If not, pm him and I'm sure he will help you.

^^^ LOL!

That’s exactly what some of us are saying is confusing... at some point the words are just like the Charlie Brown teacher in the background "whaa-wha-wha-whaa"... seriously, read what you wrote and ask yourself if it wouldn’t confuse someone that isn’t familiar with all the nuances of the product.

After a couple sentences it’s more of a chore to figure it all it than it’s worth (for me anyway)...

Yeah I still get confused with all the set up. Def needs to do another thread. To put in layman's term the different set ups.

But props to Tony for giving us all the different options. Looking forward to switching up my set up in the future. Girls can have their shoes, I'll take my exhaust pieces lol.

I have a few more things to complete on the exhaust line. When its all done, I'll start a new post (with pics) showing how it all goes together.

Tony, I assume you designed your Y pipe with the DE in mind but has your Y been able to make power on the any of the HR motors?

Is it safe to remove or just cut out a small part of the heat shield that's above my passenger side muffler? Shawn Church bent it a little and it was fine for a while, but started rattling again. Then I bent it a little and the same thing happened. It gets annoying lol.

You can bent it by hand out of the way.
Trim it with a tin snip. Or just remove it all together. It comes off really easy.

I know! but for someone like me it's great having so many options haha, keeps me busy changing things all the time, I love it

And each setup I've bolted up and either tested or purchased/currently use is excellent!
