so im thinking by spring ill have enough to get an exhaust and throw in hi-flo cats and maybe a plenum. Only problem is.. i dont know what to get.. i like the HKS hi power but i want a gain in power but also a good tone. any ideas with brands?

Fast Intentions found that HKS was up there next to theirs (lol). It's gonna be different for each car. It'll do something for one car and none at all for another. Don't expect a lot from aftermarket exhausts on this car.

 

Agreed, these are tops. Also look into the new Motordyne setups.

HKS would be annoyin loud for u. THen again still dont know what you'd like.

 

I believe that if you get an exhaust for a turbo, it will have too much flow and you'll lose too much low end.

Even so, a lot of guys who go turbo end up getting a Greddy Evo TT.

My vote? HKS or FI. Or, if you can, wait for Motordyne's new exhausts.

 

hmm i see. well i have until around spring time to decide but its sooo hard. i love both HKS and FI. ill just have to wait for the Motordyne and see how that is.

Dear Lord that sounds sick. I swear I go back and forth between HKS and FI every week. It looks like I'm on the HKS side as of now.

 

Fast Intentions is EVERYTHING an exhaust should be. The sound is indescribable.
