VQ from m35 gains Hp with FUJITA (12hp?)
Here is my inital question to the guy selling them
DO you guys think this is correct? And could it be tuning of the M35s VQ that lets it have gains?

Thats coming from the Z and G guys.
The best combo is a Ztube and drop in filter every thing else is prone to heat soak and is just for sound no real power gains.
If you want power gains you should look into MotorDryne Spacers those are proven to add Hp/Tq.
