sooo i have been hearing alot that people are losing HP when they put on test pipess..lowend.. but gaining in the top end.. if i added a Megan racing Y pipe.. would i notice HP gains and would it give me more HP low or high.. i notice there really hasnt been a thread about this? soo just thought id post one up. also the rattling i have been talking about befor was my heatshield..on my oem ypipe thats why im getting an after market!!lol fixing problems by making new problems!! lol

y pipe addes high end as well and when i did mine i feel like i lost low end

Get a tune when you're finished with your bolt-ons.

 

thereesss no place in kansas that will do a tune!! lol!! im guessing it has to be done at like a car performance store?!? dunno!>? but does me exhaust get louder with a y pipe?

 

i did just a ypipe and didnt notice any different sound so i took my muffler off

 

took off your muffler!?!? no way! well i got test pipes.. and if i add the y pipe i think ill have a differnt sound... and maybe add a lil more HP

 

they tune cars in KC i know becuase the NE guys go over there to get there TUNES

 

soo how much does a tune usally go for????? curious??? if its really reallly exspensive??
