So why buy that $400 exhaust at all? If you spend money on your car, don't you want to put on something that's higher quality than OEM, and not lower? Doesn't make much sense to me to pay for a downgrade.

Same with wheels, I'd much rather see a G rolling on OEM Rays forged 19s than on some cheap *** Sterns or TSW's. Again, this has nothing to do with being a brand *****, just that I don't see a point in spending money to make your car worse.

look at one of the threads just posted recently a guy had a knock off and almost everyone though it was an hks, throw on the tips and it looks much nicer than stock as well.

look through this thread, people aren't having any fitment problems so nothing there

what is the matter with the exhaust then? everyone knows you aren't going to be really gaining anything with an exhaust unless your are fi so it's not a power problem.

the only complaint i can see is that the tips may rust, i would replace them anyway and i don't live anywhere near snow. and it is true that a 1k+ exhaust may sound a bit nicer but $1,000 better?? i dont think so.
