Amuse R1 is ridiculously expensive.

Marketplace -> Vendors -> Exhaust -> HKS Hi Power Ti

You can't get it for that price anymore, price increased March 1st. Cheapest you can get it is through THMotorsports for ~$1550 shipped, if I remember correctly.

the hks sounds like an awesome exhaust. would test pipes by themselves give off a good sound if everything else is kept stock?

For non dual backs I think the stillen is the best, It came with my car when I bought it. nice throaty sound that you can hear with the windows down but it is quiet with the windows up and at low RPMs you cant hear it so nice if you come home late and don't want to wake up the neighborhood like me...

Get the HKS. I had it before switching over to a single JIC exhaust. It is defiantely worth it.

yeah, it's two tips coming out in the stock position but only a single pipe coming from the Y adapter. I think it's the best sounding out there. Not ricey but nice and throaty kinda like a ferrari and def gives some gains that you can feel in the mid range.

If you are going to spend $1,000, you might as well buy something that actually works. Forget all the "ballar" status exhausts and just get the Motordyne XYZ system. Killer works and A TON of actual R&D put into hp/torque gains.

Youtube-> Listen to all the exhaust you can find -> then make your decision!

I'm very picky especially when it comes to exhaust, theres only a few that i really love, the way one looks when it's ont he car is the biggest thing along with sound. Our cars aren't FAST so a few HP between all these exhause honestly means nothing!!!!

I think that Dual setups look the Best (FI, HKS, etc.)
It just give the rear an "I'm gonna eat yo azz" look that is just amazing!

For some reason center mounted mufflers i just dont like what so ever (ie:Nismo, amuse, fuji, etc)

IMO Amuse is nice, but honestly it's not THAT nice, if someone was gonna offer me one for free over my current setup ( CarbonFiber Fast Intentions) i would easily turn them down and not even think twice about it. Same goes for Motordynes new exhaust, it's nice but something about it just bugs the shiit outta me i think it the way the mufflers are mounted way to far back with the piping leading to the tip being too long, just looks weird and not appealing at all.

I don't know if he wants to spend that much on exhaust. But amuse really sounds amazing.

for the budget you can get a used HKS.
There was a bunch of it for sale a few weeks ago! i want one but cant afford it right now so i just went for a MD xyz pipe and a Tanabe Hyper spec medalion.
I got it for cheap so i cant complain and sounds really nice too. Not a lot of drone in the cabin while cruising
