Tanabe Medalion Concept G Exhaust

Just curious if anyone has this setup on his/her G coupe? I spoke with this guy today who had it on his 350z and it sounded amazing. I know that some aftermarket components are interchangeable between the two cars, but I can't find anything through searching that this exhaust would work on our cars. Thanks

Me too. I'd love to hear it. I'm deciding between

-Greddy Spectrum Elite or Evo 2
-Tanabe Medallion Touring or possibly this new Medallion Concept G model

Wish I could afford the Motordyne exhausts or the Amuse Titanium but that's another story lol

Thanks guys. I'm Thinking I'll need some type of extension piece. I'm told the exhaust on the G is about 8" longer. Let me know if you know how to get an extension piece. I can get one fabricated I guess, but I'm trying to stay away from the shop.

Contact Tanabe or a Tanabe vendor they may have an extension you need!

Good advice here is what they said:

<b><i>"Thank you for your inquiry,

This exhaust was designed for the 350Z, so this exhaust will not fit the G35. We know for sure there is a wheelbase, and exhaust length issue. However, our medalion touring exhaust is made for your particular application.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesistate to contact us."</i></b>

That being said, I can get one of these for pretty cheap from the dude I mentioned earlier. I might just see what a shop can do to modify it. I don't know, what do you guys think? This system just sounds so much better than the canister system.

Yeah, I've decided to go with Fast Intentions with the new 4.5 exhaust tips. Just love the sound too much and it is a true dual.
