I'm sure it is fast and it most definitely is a mid-13 second car.......on a northeastern track in good conditions. The issues I have with him is the fact that he doesn't do hardly any of the work on his own car, swings from the egos of others, and really doesn't know a whole lot about cars. He definitely knows how to make a car look good and perform well. But his idea that you must have first hand experience with a modification in order to offer up an opinion is a joke. I don't need to spend the money to know that a TBS, the Turbonator, magnets on fuel lines, electric fans "superchargers", etc are jokes.

I'm sure, in person, OCG35 is a cool guy. And I'm pretty sure he wouldn't say the stuff to my face that he posts in these threads. I don't mean that in a threatening way either. He just needs to stop taking things to personally. It's not worth it. We're talking about cars for Christ's sake.

I've had it on my car for the past 2yrs. Does it give me power I don't know, I think it helps with throttle response like grounding wires do for 5ats, but nothing for 6mts.

Most of the cars that have positive results are 5AT. The car at dyno day that showed gains was a friend of mine that wanted to try it out. DaveO installed it on her car and it showed gains. That car was a 5AT.

Well not trying to defend OCG35, but his car is faster than mine because I actually drove it and raced him on the street.

I know if he was over here his car would run low 13's the fact of the matter is socal tracks suck. I can relate because i have raced the same car on both coasts. Best WC N/A 14.48 F/I 13.03 Best EC N/A 13.4 F/I ? (soon)

I ran my 13.4 on shawn church's 91 oct tune on my car. I should be even faster now with my retune from FT which showed gains on top of my previous tune.

I plan on getting retuned for a 3in maf housing I will ask Dave at FT if he can do a couple of pulls with and without it before my retune.

OP it's up to you if you want to buy it or not. I'll be in newport news july 3rd I'll let you try it out on your car if you like before you spend your money.
Hey Derek what thanks for posting your “experienced” opinion. Its one of the few responses out here that I can actually appreciate and respect – its also closer to on topic than almost all the rest... I think the idea of letting the OP try yours is great – I’m anxious to read the response, pro or con.

Hope you’re doing well!

Then of course you've got the lower plenum you need the air running through.. Then inside the 6 runners... Yeah...
no one has EVER made a claim that the distubance of air has anything to do with entering the combustion chamber.

WTF???? I’ve seen tons of threads about kids with Gs paid for wholly or partially by their parents – but this is the first time I’ve even seen a kid pay for a bimmer that their parent drives! Classic! You got pawned by your dad!

Anyway - hope to see you at an event (Camry and all )

Function Tuned. I added headers and a kinetix v+ plenum on top of my 5/16 spacer and picked 13.5hp and 20tq.

No the plenum does not rub the hood when closed with the spacer. The last time I did this I had MD's old 3/8 spacer and it rubbed.

I plan on getting a used SGP VB and 3.7 gears soon. So my stillen will be up for sale.

Okay, so wtf does rifling air have anything to do with air entering the combustion chamber, or even rather the plenum?

You were the one to bring up the air rifling along with some cute little "vornado" thing.
