You can, but a velocity stack is beneficial. Personally I would spend 110 and get the pop charger. Without it the air has an increased amount of turbulence and that will cut down on power.

I know it is bad karma to say it but after this I think I have done all I can as I am not doing FI, headers or cams.
Now it's time to move to suspension and drivetrain upgrades

I'll be back in Va in the next 2wks. Did you check out the instructions on the GTM site? I think there is no drilling involved just switching springs.

Check out this very short vid I made coming back from Va last weekend.

I'll post pics this weekend of what I'm going to do with my 3in MAF. (meaning filter and velocity stack)

I have not checked out the GTM site, if is that easy than I may do it! On the mustang transgo kits I had to drill the plate and swap check ***** around as well as swapping springs so this one sounds easier...I could get the mustang transgo kits for right around a $100, why is the one for G so much more if it involves less parts?

I'm going to have Dave do it sometime in Oct when it gets cooler. I have a 3in BPI flowstack with a 3in MAF adapter that I bought off ebay for $5. Check it out

I couldn't chirp with the Stillen maybe once or twice and i've had it for 3yrs. The thing is even crazier when I use it with my blitz throttle controller.

I will check that link out as 03350Z said it was better not to attach the filter directly to the MAF housing. I will probably do the same thing and get it tuned in Sept.

I was confused with what the total price was of the Transgo installed..can you explain it?

Did you get it done in NC or Newprt News?

I have the 19" tires so more mass..

I’m planning on getting that velocity stack and filter, the Z1 3” MAF housing and a 3” adapter from the housing to the intake. Should be able to get this done in November though, after I hear some feedback from you guys and after I replace my clutch, flywheel, and add a 3.9 FD.
