JWT pop charger oil.
Just got a new JWT pop charger. Do they come pre-oiled?

and if not can I use K&N filter oil and cleaner?

Yes they come pre oiled, and yes you can use K&N recharge oil. The oil is red though so it'll make your filter element kind of grayish red.
