Nah not paying retail for it. Theres a link to a site posted up thats offering it for 2675. Money isn't an object and I'm not looking for max hp, since its a daily driver, 10 hp is fine with me.

I have the Amuse its the best mod i probably get comments on, people always are asking about my exhaust. I had the tipd cut off and had rolled ones put on and the exhaust is even sexier now.

I have the exotic speed and that was always the one thing i hated about it. I had a shop weld on motordyne rolled burnt Ti tips

After owning both an exoticspeed and amuse... I can tell you the difference...

The Amuse definitely sounds better at all rpm with no drone.

My experience with exoticspeed R1-si is mix... The fitment on my muffler was bad and it ended up melting my bumper a little bit. Granted, most of this is a careless install at a local shop... We ended up having to heat up the hangers to properly fit it. My 2nd issue with the exoticspeed si was the droning at 70-75 mph which ultimately made me give up on the exhaust. However, I should have bought the xyz pipe with resonator like vice did.

The big question is.... Power... I can tell you the exoticspeed makes good power, more than the NIsmo S tune. My butt dyno tells me about 5hp and tq. It is a powerful exhaust and it was light. I do love and hate the exoticspeed....

After I got rid of the nismo and went stock for a while, I got an Amuse from a forum member and will never let it go off my car.... It sounds way better than any exhaust out there... If you can't find a good used deal, exoticspeed and xyz resonated pipe is the way to go...

Got an urgent question for you amuse owners... Did you have to remove a small protector shield on the passenger side to properly fit the exhaust?

You have to remove quite some parts to move the evap canister since Japan probably don't have US emission standards or the fact that it's a right hand drive car. It's a pain but it's worth it!

Most aftermarket dual exhausts need the evap canister shield removing, just for a bit of extra clearance.
