I frequently do interstate driving and often it is the same trip. This is the reason I have noticed. The thread I posted about earlier a guy had similar issues and used Osiris/Cipher to log and find out why. Previous to this I thought the rear O2 sensors only checked for Cat efficiency and nothing more.

So, what should i be looking for in the Cipher logs? I do freeway a lot, so far, so good on the MPG.

The last segment of production is scheduled for next Friday.

The ART pipes do not cause a decrease in fuel efficiency. It seems there may be a air leak somewhere in the system. Air leaks can actually let air in the exhaust flow during the scavenge phase of the exhaust pulse. When air gets in, the A/F sensor reads excess oxygen in the system and thinks its running lean so it adds in more fuel to compensate, but adding more fuel to an already properly tuned system means its now running rich.

Check for a leak near the inlet flange.
I notice that with MINE, if I leave the car in STOCK mode ( g35 5at uprev tuned) it burns gas significantly less on highway driving and local road driving..

BUT...

When I switch it to POWER mode, it uses more gas and it is significantly noticeable.

This should be normal right?

Interesting, so what does the sport mode do on the AT?

They will finish by friday afternoon and start shipping Monday and forward.

I was 1 week short of waiting nearly 2 months to receive mine due to too many HR's being made and not enough DE's so consider yourself lucky.

But don't fret, Motordyne will go above and beyond to provide updates. They even bumped up my shipping to overnight for free (thanks again Tony/Mariella). Well worth the wait. I walked off the dyno with a big smile.
