idling problems after installing k&n typhoon intake & filter
i installed a k&n typhoon intake and filter about two or 3 months ago and ever since then ive had idleing problems once the car gets to normal running temp, not sure why. ive heard the k&n filters cause MAF sensor problems. another thing i am beginning to think after looking at the engine bay is that the intake tube heats up effecting the MAF sensor since being located closely to the engine and being that metal conducts heat, messing the with maf senors ability to correctly work? doubt it since alot of aftermarket intakes use some sort of metal tubing with no problems. any input or suggestions would be appreciated. (i have an 03 coupe)
