SGM Long Tube Header Review
Those of you that have been scouring the Intake/Exhaust section knows about SGM, Sequence Garage Motorsports, having LTH for the VQ35DE. I was one of the lucky one to get a hold of a set and to keep things short and sweet I am very pleased with the product.
Quality: It came with a heat shield and sleeves to protect the lines on the passenger side which was a nice goodie. I also got mine heat coated which turned out to be a very nice option. The welds and fitment are of course really good.
Performance: Huge gains over shortie headers and test pipes.
Sound: This was the biggest concern of mine after watching the video of their race car, but I am glad to report that it is no louder than before and actually better sounding.
Installation: You won't need to pull the engine out since each primary are bolted one at a time. Should significantly reduce install time and cost.

I didn't do the install since I wanted the dynos to be done as close as possible to one another. However I got charged the same price as regular Header install. ~4 hours.
Cost on these are around $2k but things might have changed by now. The collector side that meets the Y pipe is 2.5". But the special thing about these headers are the two step design where the primary diameters are different from start to end. Yeah, bolts up perfectly fine to my MD XYZ pipe.
Yeah like Jeff said, they just just slip on and then held in place with bolts.
SGM did a test on a Revup with great results and ModifiedDave did one with a non-revup with soso results.
Here is a video of the car idling.
