I live in Washington so it's usually colder than it is hot. Can you smell it with windows up and heater on?

I can smell the fumes from my car with windows up, down, A/C on/off, and even while driving.... It's kinda annoying but I'm used to it now.

I put the ART pipes on my G Sedan and what it does for the power and throttle response is really noticeable. What I didn't really notice was any smell. The smell didn't really register with me.

I think one thing that may be a BIG factor on the smell is how your car is tuned. If your car runs rich at the daily driving RPM's you may notice it more.

My G Sedan runs lean at low RPM and low throttle positions so I don't smell it while doing daily cruising.

The ART pipes smell is very minimal and not bad at all IMO. I recently switched from Labree TPs to MD ART pipes and the smell of the ART pipes is way less than the Labree TPs.

^ oh yea. Water the offsets..??

Joking aside.. I've had my art pipes on for 15 mos.. I can definitely notice the smell but it doesn't really bother me.. I get sketched out when there is a cop next to me though.. I don't want him smelling em.... I was pulled over last year for tinted windows on the way back from fitting my sides at R & J's and I turned the car off and rolled like 30' before I pulled over...

Has anyone on here been pulled over for being a gross polluter..?

I was thinking this could be a cause as well. My car is not tuned yet. Wouldn't the breather mods make the car run lean though, not rich? In that case, a tune wouldn't help the smell at all.
