MD ART's Vs. Berks HFC

I dont really want to start another thread but i just want to get some solid opinions so here it goes...

If money wasnt an issue between these 2 what would you get?

Right now its a toss up for me because I dont want a horrible smell that tp's could give (however i have never smelled it before) but i dont want the drone from HFCs since i currently have a muffler delete and 350z middy.

I want to get a sound similar to this....
...and if HFCs can give me that then Berks are for me.

Any opinions or Advice would be appreciated

I think it's about $250. Is it true Art pipes are quieter than hfc?

It's easy to just weld cats in further downstream and you can choose how much flow you want (300, 200, 100 cell). I put 100 cell mil.spec metallic cat pipes where the xyz primary pipes go.

Alex521,

If you have a X pipe, yes, an exhaust shop can install cats for you in a small custom job.

Best thing about the ART pipes is NO DRONE for the sedan guys. I'm impressed at how quiet the ride is inside the car vs. stock exhaust or HFC.

Oh yeah, I guess the power is probably a nice part too

I have an 05X and maybe you can help/ will ART pipes clear the passenger side of the engine ? Where the front propshaft is ? I have asked this question numerous times and always get a different answer / My gut feeling tells me no its looks tight in there as is and I know of nobody runnin these pipes on any AWD Infiniti. I remember a post where somebody was trying on a FX ... I havent seen it.

Hopefully you can settle this once and 4 all us X people.
