Who said I was getting a CAI? i never once mentioned a cai in any of my post. Im getting a z tube/ cone filter setup.

Quick question^^

Did you read the thread? A tube is a tube, no more no less. Metal tubes might introduce a bit of heat to the air that a plastic tube might not, but there is no really significant difference other than they look different.

If you are worried about heat just thermal wrap the damn piping. Otherwise go with the plastic one. Idk...this all seems like a silly argument to me but what do I know. LoL

ur air doesnt stay inside ur intake long enough to get heated up. :-)

As far as somethign that fits. I had to wrestle my stillen Z tube on. spacing is tight on the intake, one of my couplers are compressed/smushed pretty good and the nipple for the hose was so big I had to lube it up to get it on after nearly sending the thing back because of this.
