^ lol you have no idea what you are talking about once again haha

The fact that you owned that part doesn't mean $hit, did you actually open it up and look at the inside to determine the cell count? I bet not, so you have no valid point.

Maybe if you provided some proof then your point would be a bit more credible but at this point it is completely false and invalid...

Again, I showed you proof yet you couldnt show me one source where this is stated...

Are you also gonna tell me that Berks are 300 cell LMFAO

dude ur proof was what some rondom guy from a forum posted. i know ur used to people doing the research for you when you open hella noob question threads. so i'll make it easy for you. call Kinetix racing, they'll tell you their original HFCs where 300 cell, then they switched to 200 cell. please stop wasting my time w/ur non-points. if you think my car is more show than go feel free to PM me so we can work out a time and place to go race, i'm confident i will blow ur doors off. but now i'm sure you'll post another thread that reads, "can my coupe beat a sedan that's lighter and has more power than mine?" it's guys like you that a killing this forum w/nothing but web knowledge.

I on the other hand can provide you proof that you are wrong:

http://www.myg37.com/forums/g37-coup...netix-hfc.html
"Kinetix HFCs are SS shell, ceramic core, 200 cell count with a lifetime warranty. "
"I have the Kinetix HFCs since September and I love them, great quality and great price, and cell count is better than FI. "

And to further read up on HFCs...
https://g35driver.com/forums/intake-...t-hfc-g35.html

Kinetix are definitely the worst HFCs out there for the Gs...have read nothing but negative things about the build quality..
It would be between Berks and FI....and I personally would pick Berk because they are cheaper and lower cell count at 200 vs 300 for FI...and theyre cheaper than FI...
obviously you have reading comprehension issues, since you posted you've read nothing but negative things about kinetix cats, yet you quoted something positive.

more of ur lack of intellect bleeding though, i guess we all know what ur priorities are. oh, and i hope you did buy Berks, since there's like one new thread a month popping up about them going bad.

LMAO you just contradicted yourself, the whole time you were trying to convince me that they are 300 cell when in fact they are 200 cell lol make up your mind buddy

You should learn to read then you will see all the links about broken kinetix HFCs all over the links i posted...the only reason the "positive" quote was in there is to prove the fact that kinetix are in fact 200 cell, was it that hard to get? Maybe I should spell it out for you next time...

And yes Berks are definitely considered as top quality HFCs for our cars and since they ARE cheaper than FI AND have lower cell count, then why not...its called doing research, something you lacked very much so when buying your parts...and your talk about beating me in a race doesn't mean nothing if you had someone buy the parts for you you didn't even know the specs of an HFC let me guess, you also have a CAI and swear it gives you 10HP because they told you so? lol haha or maybe all the CF parts made your car 200lbs lighter and you can run 10s in the quarter mile now

I rest my case, I've proven my point AND you've agreed to it

1. you told me i had 200 cell, i didn't i had 300 cell. you didn't wanna listen and started a useless rant.

2. no one buys my parts for me, and at least i have parts. don't bother trying to bash me or my car. the fact that you have a grounding kit on a MT, kinda kills any argument you'll make, or the fact that most of the threads you've posted on here are all asking for others to tell you what part to buy...

3. why go so hard on here? if you wanna see what's up PM me, otherwise... well, we know what that means. let's be real here, if we met in a parking lot, you'd be jocking me and my car. for some reason though, the power of the internet has instilled you w/E-courage. all good man... good luck and no need for further mindless/unfounded attacks on me or my car.

@ SDGenius & KingCobra

I know I rarely ever post on here, but you both been around long enough to know it's not cool to trash someone's thread like this... seriously, you guys made your recommendations so now please agree to disagree or take it to PM.

@OP

I agree with what many have said, in that a high cell count HFC should pass smog for you. However, been warned that some shops do a visual inspection there in Kalibanistan, and technically any modification to the OE smog parts (i.e. cats) are illegal and grounds for smog failure despite passing numbers. Just depends if that service station is ran by a douche or not. Hope this helped!
