what are the differences between the two, can i just go with the 80$ one?

One's OEM and one's aftermarket. On the sensors I like to stick with OEM but that's just me.

Different sensor type completely from '04.5 onwards and different readings generally before that.

I was thinking I would use the cat o2 for the upstream somehow but I'm just going to order it from rockauto.com 70 shipped 3 day
