Berk Test Pipes are known to be insanely raspy with the stock exhaust, and in general, but worst with stock. From what I've read, if you want to run test pipes on the stock exhaust, Megan and ART Pipes have shown to produce no rasp, or rather the least amount by far.

Yea. It's that bad...people who have had them say to never buy them with the stock exhaust.

Take it from this guy, his vid, and his no-recommendation in the info box. lol

Not to mention, Berks throw the CEL light. If you hate seeing that all the time, you might want to reconsider. ART Pipes don't through a CEL or any light for that matter, and little to no rasp. Granted, they are 3x as expensive, roughly $600.

New Berks don't throw CEL with the extended O2 bung.

I cant speak for test pipes so much, but the HFC do rasp a lot with stock exhaust, and still rasp a with aftermarket but how much depends on the exhaust. I have Berks HFC and the only reason I haven't swapped with ART is I want to see how it sounds with the new exhaust this spring.

Test pipes will be louder, and you will get more smell from the exhaust. ART pipes are choice for test pipes if thats what you really want to do. Also keep in mind if you have emissions you wont pass with test pipes.

Definitely don't recommend the Megan tps either. Not horrible but they are annoying and started to rattle from the resonator coming apart from what I can tell. Ready to throw mine in the trash when my Random Technology HFCs come in.
