Coupe Middy Alternative

I have an 06 sedan 6MT. I can't find a coupe middy in Chicago, so I'm thinking of getting a 350Z middy and buying the Top Speed 76mm exhaust extension. Will it be plug n play? Are the hangars in the same place?
