Injen Super SES cat back system

Can anyone tell me if I put this system on my car if it will pass California smog test? Only mods to engine Injen Intake system.Need to know before I buy.

Yes, exhausts do not affect emissions. Modded cats would, but exhausts do not. And your intake won't either...if anything, it'll cause you to run leaner, therefore putting out less emission.
