I have the motordyne tdx2 exhaust and was wondering if anyone thinks the exhaust tips are too tucked under the car? I have titanium burnt rolled tips and would like them to be extended out a few more Inches. Has anyone done this with succes and what did you use?

 

Yea I wrote up a DIY a while back when I had my motor dyne exhaust.

I sold my exhaust but still have my extensions if you want to buy them.

Did you have to weld them? Or you just taped them on? Also how much were you looking for?

 

Ya, mine are also too tucked. I plan on getting 3" extension welded on to them this weekend maybe.

 

He did not just tape them on...
It says he welded first.

 

^ Well... Was gonna weld them but never did and just taped them with exhaust tape. They held up well, never had a problem.
