I purchased a New Borla exhaust system for my G35X '06.
The problem i have is that when i try to attach the muffler. The Borla muffler has 2 brackets
1 in the rear that come up make a makes a left, The front bracket goes up and make a right.
The problem is that the stock bracket for the stock muffler in the front goes up and to the front of the exhaust pipes. This doesn't allow me to attach the muffler.
Every aftermarket exhaust i look at that matches my year and model and sub model matches the Borla attachment brackets. If anyone can please help figure out how i can fix this it greatly appreciated.

Great choice. Those Borlas sound great on a G35. As far as the bracket, are you sure they sent the right one for your car? If you are doing it yourself, you could take the bracket to a shop to make sure you are working with the right parts.

 

With the 05/06 you'll need to get a 03/04 bracket.
