We do have pictures of the G35 Coupe exhaust installed, but the car has a Kenstyle aero kit.

There are additional pics taken by drsifu at the beginning of this thread.

Additionally, these pictures have always been readily available on our website, on the "View Application Chart" section.

Sound clips for the G35 Coupe are up, albeit sound quality of the clip is very low.

Just for the G35Driver members:

We made a short video clip of the Medalion Touring on a G35 Sedan

We used very low tech means to record sound clips, but you can get a basic idea of how the system sounds. The camera we used does not pick up low frequency bass type sounds that well, so end users with this system can probably provide better insight towards how the exhaust actually sounds.

The heat shield is integrated onto the muffler canister itself--

On the picture of our 350Z Medalion Touring system, you can see it a bit better:

It's welded onto the muffler canister, and it might not be totally visible, but the company emblem is embossed on the plate.

The shield is purely for aesthetics, to keep the canister from browning.

If used as a Y-pipe back exhaust only, the exhaust will only gain approximately 3.5whp and 4ft/lbs of torque.

To really gain significant power on G35's and 350Z's, it's almost mandatory to eliminate the restriction from the factory y-pipe. Since the restriction is further up, any and all exhaust upgrades are negated, and can only reach a certain level of efficiency with such a restrictive piece up front.

We do offer one that made about 7whp when only replacing the y-pipe. With Y-pipe + Exhaust, the gains are much more significant.

This is the front y-pipe:

The exhaust looks really great ! Quality of material and workmanship are excellent (and the welds look great too) ! Also, the tips look like a work-of-art ! Now that I am close to getting hooked, here are some questions. With the packing used (and since it is not stainless mesh), how long will it last before the muffler has to be changed ? Are the Y-pipe and Exhaust System 50-state emission legal ? Great Work !!!

The packing material used is a new type of composite material that far exceeds the durability of older conventional fiberglass materials. Fiberglass tends to burn off quickly, and your typical fiberglass pack muffler (or fiberglass cube) will only last about 5 years with regular use.

The new material is called Advantex®, which has much higher durability against heat and chemical corrosion. According to the material testing by the manufacturer, Owens Corning, the material lasts many times longer than older materials.

The Y-Pipe and exhaust system do not modify emissions, so they are emissions compliant-- if the car passes from the factory, it will pass with the exhaust system installed.

Hi Tanabe,
I bought your y-pipe. While waiting for shipping, i want to order a cone reducer(from 70mm? --> 62mm).
I already measure my midpipe(about 62 mm outside diameter). I know your y-pipe
is 70mm, but is it inside or outside diameter? and you know what is your dimaeter hole at the flange?
thanks
Mike
