I have the Tanabe Super Medalion Hyper, the tips are 100mm single wall and are rated at 95dbs, otherwise they are very similiar to the Touring. I have the Tanabe mid pipe and have yet to get the y pipe. I'm torn whether I should get the y pipe, I know I would realize an increase in HP but I'm concerned about low-mid range TQ. My other concern is how much louder it will be, I'm very happy with the sound now....deep tone at idle, aggressive sound at WOT and no drone at cruising speeds. The Hyper tips stick out about an .5" farther than stock although I have no idea if this is the same for the Touring.

I'm very happy with the Tanabe exhaust. They are extremely well built, excellent quality materials and everything fit perfect.

yah i wonder how a y pipe, and full catback exhaust affect the TQ curve? with the touring exhaust for the coupe, is low or high end affected here in anyway or is the power just increased as said over the whole TQ curve?

On the picture of our 350Z Medalion Touring system, you can see it a bit better:

It's welded onto the muffler canister, and it might not be totally visible, but the company emblem is embossed on the plate.

The shield is purely for aesthetics, to keep the canister from browning.
Will your T80063 Concept G system for the 350Z fit the G35 coupe with an extension piece like the Nismo system for the Z?
