I own a 2005 g35 coupe and i am wanting to get the borla exhaust system but i hate the borla exhaust tips. Has anyone tried to install their factory tips back on instead of the borla ones? I just hate the angled cut pipe inside of the rolled edge outer pipes. Honestly i love the stock tips and this is the only thing that has been keeping me from getting the borla exhaust. Also does anyone think that borla could install the factory outlet tips onto the muffler instead of their tips? Please give any info and opinions. Thank you.

 

Just have your installer, if not yourself, weld the old tips on...might cost you a whole $20 additional....

 

I had the same problem but I had Speed Force weld on their own 4" tips for me. They did and it came out nice. See attached pics. *note* My exhaust system is for sale. Pm me for info!*

 

Which version of the Borla are you running? Mine doesn't look like yours.
