Quote: Yep, and if you look at all the other Dynos. The MREV is the only part that gained power it looks like.
I'm not ******* the MREV. I just wanted to make sure that Mr_pharmD didn't think those gains were from the exhaust alone.

However, the exhaust appears to show decent gains, especially in the upper rpms. If you look, with just the mrev, after peak his hp dropped off compared to stock(typical of the mrev), but with the exhaust, he actually gained over stock.

To take just one data point as an example, look at 110mph. With the mrev, he was putting down around 227ish, and with the exhaust, he's putting down around 235. Not a bad gain at all, especially in combination with the mrev. We all know that one cannot simply add the paper gains when combining mods.

The problem here is that we're looking at scanned paper outputs. For some real comparison, we need the actual dyno run files.

Any chance on getting the run files Diesel?

I'll call my tuner and see if I can get him to email them to me.

Yes, I will be comming out with certaint kind of test pipes. Flow diodes actually. They will do more than just test pipes.

And as far as resets are concerned, you could say everyone is right... to an extent.

I've seen both.

On my G35, a ECU reset is worth 10HP at redline. (I guess the ECU thinks I drive like a granny)
On Dr. Albert's G35 (EK), a ECU reset did absolutely nothing. On Shawn Church's revup G35 it did zip. So your results may or may not be affected by a ECU reset.

ECU sensitivity may also be related to the gasoline you use. I always use premium but I get the feeling its the extra crapy gasoline here in my area.

One thing for sure, I always do a ECU reset before a dyno because it can never hurt and "sometimes" has the potential to help.

Your gains from the baseline are excellent. Your exhaust is a good complement to the MREV+. Your getting a good gain everywhere with your stack up.
