mRev includes a lower collector (bottom half of the plenum) and is paired with one of Motordyne's 5/16" spacer that can count as an upper plenum mod (rasing the upper plenum) Other companys making upper plenums are doing the same thing except they re-designed the whole upperplenum.. so just think spacer and upper plenum as one assembly instead of two.. BUT i dont think you'll get any positive gains if you swap a crawford upper plenum with a motordyne mRev lower plenum since we saw a LOSS of hp when you put to big of a spacer (hence the 5/16" spacer was used instead of the 1/2" spacer)

but to answer your question. they do NOT work together. Plenum Mods just increases the area of the plenum while mRev remodels the whole thing.

How everything works is all in physics.. How the air circulates in the intake manifold will effect upper/lower powerband and torque/horsepower.

MREV WILL ONLY WORK WITH THE 298 MOTOR!!
