That sounds great for sure. Do you have any drone in the cabin at all? how is it performance wise? I mean, did you notice or feel the difference?

Definitely sounds good. Similar to mine. I don't think as loud. Hard to tell on video. Mine is at the dealer now getting the axle issue fixed, but once its back I can take some as welll.

I will have to say yes, a little. It is not at all bothersome to me, I actually like it. It in no way interferes with normal conversation when driving. I was cruising around with my wife yesterday and we were able to easily carry on a conversation at all speeds/RPM.

I hope that answers your question.

Yes, it is deeper. It is also now louder than a coupe (I park right next one in my office parking garage).

I would say it is quite a bit louder than a stock coupe.

Hey, just had a Stillen Gen 2 installed on my 05x Monday. The sound is incredible. I totally didn't expect what I heard, and it put a HUGE grin on my face. Just about every head turned to look when I started it. I dont hear that bad of a drone at all on the highway. Infact, unless your on the gas on the highway, on a flat ground, you can barely hear it. But get on that gas a little... HEAVEN! (Also have the Stillen hi-flow airbox and z-tube)

so are you saying that if a relitive drove my car (lets say my grandmother) they wont notice a big difference in sound unless grand ma decides to step on it. Kind of like the stock set up (the dual thingy muffler we have)

No, there is definitely a difference at idle and at all RPM from stock but it is not an intrusive difference when driving conservatively. You grandma probably would not like it (at least I hope not because that would defeat the purpose unless you have a really cool grandma).

I'll use my wife as an example. She hated my former F-150 with flowmasters because it was too loud for her. In addition, my neighbor could always tell when I got home because he could hear me from inside his house (that's how he always knew to come over).

With the Stillen, while driving normally my wife commented that she still liked stock better (she prefers her ultra quiet 325i) but she did say she didn't mind riding in my G at all. Plus, my neighbor can't hear me from inside his house when I get home unless I were to go WOT down my street (which for safety reasons I will never do obviously).

Nah... you'll DEFINATELY notice a difference. My jaw dropped the first time I started it up. I was just trying to point out that its a nice european sound w/out the annoying honda civic fart can rattle to it. Everytime I drive it, i get a nice grin from ear to ear....
