Hey guys, I've always had a hissing sound from under my car, my buddie ken gushi said it was a fuel something i forgot what it is, but today, i just downshifted into second to get some feel of my car hehe hadn't pushed it in awhile, so yea, and i noticed the sound got a little louder? maybe it's just me but even if i did, how would i find out? thanks guys?


I am going to check if the sound is the same tmw morning... and... how bad is an exhaust leak?

 

i have the same problem and i know its a leak.........tried to get it fixed, didnt really work........any solutions??

 

well, ken's the only one that i know that i can trust, and i'll call him later he's still in class so i'll let you know whats that damn thing called, but maybe it was my adrenaline that made the sound louder lols, but yea.... i'll find out, and i'll find out if its a exhaust leak

 

i noticed your exhuast sounds diffrent than mikes, his honestly sounds better fr some reason, im not sure if its hte Crawford plenum, or if you have a leak or w/e's but his exhuast dosnt sound (and this is hte only way i can explain it) like when you WOT the bytch a bunch of air plus the sound of the exhuast note is comming threw......... does that make sense ?

 

well i think it's just cuz his exhaust is newer, my sounded like that when it was new, but as time sets it i think the tone is diff or something, also it could be his plenum, i only have a spacer but yea...

 

its only somethign to consider.
