So would there by any gains realized if I added MREV-2 to an 03 G35C with a previosly installed Skunk 2 5/8" spacer?

Just got my 5/16" spacer. Now all I have to do is somehow resist the temptation to install it before ordering and receiving shipment of my Mrev 2.
