^^^ SO my question is why do people KEEP PAYING $200+ FOR THEM THEN... I never could understand that abt people on this board. Seems like alot of money just for a deeper sound.

Just do a Z-Tube/Popcharger/Stillen box or K&N panel filter and you should be good. I had Injen CAI on my old sedan and it did not do too much for low end power, but it sure did sound nice. I now have Z-Tube/Popcharger combo and did not notice any loss of low end and it has a nice growling whistle to it.

Sorry but youre wrong about CAI. You dont only gain 2hp and its not for noise and looks. Shows how much you know about cars. Not trying to start a flame war but to be honest those grounding wire kits that you guys pend $80-150 is the biggest waste. No wire is going to give you even 1/2hp NOW THAT IS ENGINE BLING

Where did you lose power? Bottom end and peak? Did you compare the graphs I know for a fact if you go across the board you gain.
