Removing the Emblem?

Does anybody have any good ways of removing the rear infiniti emblem cleanly so it doesnt leave any sticky **** on the car? Any ideas would be appreciated.

I took off the 'G35' last night and this is what I used..

Wash mitt with dawn after each goof off application
Meguiars NXT paste too get rid of the haze from the goof off

Go slow and you should be ok

I used a hairdryer to heat up the adhesive to make the emblem easier to remove. Then used Bug & Tar remover to remove the excess adhesive. Worked out real well for me.

I rubbed most the gunk off with my fingers, then NXT wax to clean it up.

that's iffy.. that acetone is pretty strong. Goo gone works great. I used a lil 70% isopropyl alcohol as well.

check out that link, it shows how to debadge an altima, but same exact process since the altima has glue holding the emblems just like the g, or any other infiniti/nissan

wow - i can't believe no one turned the flames on high w/ the ever-so-popular "DO A SEARCH" ..

PS - DO NOT use nail polish remover.. that will eat right through your clear coat.
