Quote: What do you do with those holes in the back of the kenstyle rear?? They look right onto some metal bar that holds up the old bumper, is that correct? Is there some like flat CF peice that you can put on the inside of that hole to make it look a little better maybe? I mean personally I love the whole kenstyle kit, but I hate that hole looking in, I have a DG and it would probably be a bit noticable wont it?
just get some tight weave mesh and u'll be fine..

Quote: i'm only down for KS sides in urethane if that's possible.
i'll ask if that'll be possible but the urathane work isnt done inhouse by them they specialize in glass/carbon.. so i'll see if they can do something for urathane sides

i dont understand why u guys would want urathane sides tho.. glass is cheaper to make and it doesnt matter on ur skirts... no offence to anyone but how often would u hit ur side skirts?

pretty often... I scrape my stock mud flaps often enough to know if i had fiberglass it would've cracked. those mountainous speedbumps are a killer.

^~~~ lol ouuuch 2-3 months?.. buuuut I guess if that means that we could have a perfect mold. But then if it were perfect, then wouldn't it be the best deal ever for replica side skirts to be cheaper then authentic but fitting just as perfectly as authentic pieces would ?

well personally.... if you could piece together a fiberglass version of the KS sides but have the mold be perfect? exactly how much time do you think that would take?.. I mean I hit a curb pretty hard and the fiberglass piece stayed together. It held it's own really well but the fitment and the "wavy" look to the mold was just horrendous. If you could be able to help produce a piece where the FIBERGLASS mold is fairly good then I would be able to go forth with it.. maybe? We'll have to see.

^theres already a member here that makes hood dampers

we have a glass version that comes prefitted strong as hell... we had a customer give me a call at night saying how he ran over a and needs a whole new kit but turned out the sides and rear were some how fine -__- the sides were scrapped but the rear had cracked the paint...

anyways we have a glass version perfect fit (but even the authentic its slightly shorter then the car by like 3mm..) iono if anyone here notices that.. if any of u remember "350zforums" this is the same maunfacture that provided them with the carbon/glass kenstyle kits so its been VERY well perfected

but i'll give u guys a realistic time frame i'm not going to tell u something then hold ur money for like 2 months to do a poly kenstyle kit.. it'll take around 2-3months.. maybe longer cause its a full kit but thats the only way we're going to release it and the only way i'll help them sell it is if its 100%.

but seriously tho the sides can take a hard hit.. we have the sides in CF if that makes u feel anysafer but SF pieces are just as strong as glass... if its a hit hardenough to crack glass then its going to do some dmg to the CF...

i'll try to set u guys up with prices x.x
