All i can say is its not hard to make people happy and its not easy keeping people happy either.. a simple $200 would've probably prevent this thread from being created... but once again thats ITs concern if they feel that its not worth the $200 then iono.. =\

I've refunded people 100% (meaning free stuff) before.. to giving them items BELOW cost.. so although I do feel your pain.. technically SFLG35 delt with GreddySetGo from a completely business point of view IT sold the product to GreddySetGo who sold it to SFLG35... now why those two are doing what they're doing.. i dunno.. if this was me SFL would've either recieved another prefitted & preped kit or a full refund with a shipping label to send everything back or even just a full refund and he can keep everything.. but trust me this thread has caught the attention of Import Trenz and i was even contacted about this.

But on the other hand this is why we have vendors/sponsors on the forums

I've read this whole thread. I too am having QC problems with my Kenstyle Rear from Eric (Klumzyee).

At the time I did not know he gets the/select kits from IT, however I do know from his other posts that he does stand behind what he sells and ultimately his customers.

I give Eric props for always replying to my PM's, Phone calls, or addressing any concern regarding the product.

I feel reassured knowing that he will work with me throughout my situation as he does for all his customers.

we're still working on getting the fiberglass kenstyle rear 100%.. for now we've sent a few out to be completely reglassed and we're waiting for the result later this week.. and we're looking to make a new kenstyle mold as well

Klumzyee, once you recieved the result back, can you let us know how it turn out? My OB Kenstyle rear is also very wavy. I hope I can send it back to you to have it reglass. I am willing to pay extra to get this fix. I am a little embarrass to drive around with this wavy rear. People keep asking me what is wrong with the rear bumper. I hope the reglass will resolve this. thanks.

no, it's not nearly as wavy as the replica. i've seen both original and IT's replica, trust me the original is a much better value.

 

As many will agree with that (including myself) which is why its offered at 1/3 of the cost of the authentic.

 

well i just wanted to let everyone know that import trenz still sucks A$$!! as soon as they told me they were goin to be giving me money back and i asked how they were goin to get it to me, they stopped talking to me once again. its been 7 months since they told me they were goin to be giving me $400 back and still nothing. what a POS company. eric if there is anything you can do i would greatly appreciate it but i doubt there it. i still stand behind my sig in saying that greddy set go and import trenz are horrible with customer service and are horrible businesses

haha it took me over a year to get my money back from IT.

 

yea too bad it still didnt equal out.. in order for the IT/Klumzee replica to be a better value over the original, they would have had to pay us to take the kit... seriously.. even after all the body work was done to the kit, we still didnt have the original fog lights/ wiring which are included with the original.

haha i just read this on their site.. "Each ITZ brand body kits are made with enhanced micro-weaved Grade A hand-laid fiberglass. The micro-weave structure provides maximum stability and flexibility to the fiberglass allowing for a custom fitment." what the heck are they talking about? micro-weaved? there isn't even such a thing.. they use plain old mat fiberglass in their kits. Custom fitment? I guess custom fitment means it fits like ***...

 

i dont wanna sound pro for the company because i think the company has alot to fix when manufacturing these kits, but my KS rear had hardly any problems but the rest of my kit that i have is a different story, i think its just a matter of chance which fits well/what doesn't depending of the individual piece made

 

I had to custom fit my own CF version of the kenstyle...but wavy? where?
