Infiniti SKYLINE?!!?!?!?!

Welps I debadged the G a couple months back, leaving the g35, but being unsatisfied with that I just ended up buying the Skyling and the 350gt emblems which should be arriving this or week or the next. My thing is that I didn't order the nissan hamburger emblem tho..... so would it look weird to keep the infiniti emblem on, but have it read skyline and 350gt? Just wanted some opinions, let me know what you guys think. I know most people who rebadge go all the way and have it totally JDM looking though

you're going to get a lot of various OPINIONS on a very heated debate.

personally, i like the way the mt. fuji emblem looks with the word skyline/350gt.

not to mention, it does sorta make sense...since our cars have unique characteristics from the actual nissan 350gt, but most of the parts in our cars say nissan on them anyway. so why not a combo of both?

do what you want. there's a mix of badges on here. infiniti, nissan, skyline, 350GT, partial debadge, etc. any combo, you name it, someone prolly has it on here.

i don't like the infiniti emblem, but like the nissan emblem. at first i didn't like it, but it grew on me really fast... so much more symmetric and better looking than the infiniti ellipse. but that's just my opinion

and, it's your car so do whatever you want, but if i were you, i would not go for the "infiniti skyline" badging. it just looks tacky imo. either at least completely go for the whole exterior conversion, or not do it at all.

what if I just put the skyline badge under the infiniti letters, and the 350gt badge on the left side, and the hamburger on the spoiler, I mean more badges = more hp, so why don't I just double up

debadge>rebadge

I agree with aHero4Eternity. People will have different likes. But true JDM is Nissan. They just have more models in Japan. Infiniti,Lexus and Acura does not exist in Japan. I was stationed there for over 8 years. The high end names were brought to the US to sell more of the same car with a fancier look. My son's coupe is debaged with Skyline style grille and Skyline door sill. But that's what he likes.

I was there from 90-98. Things can be different now.

I would just keep the Infiniti Sign and scrap the rest of the shiznet.
I'm not a fan of putting stuff on the car that don't belong there. It's not a skyline so why put it there. YEAH YEAH YEA it is a SKYLINE in ASIA but not here.
Here it is INFINITI G35. It's a great car and I have no reason not to be proud of my badges. I removed INFINITI and G35 for the cleaner look and more efficient waxing, but there is no reason to put skyline there.

Just my 2 cents.

Whatever you do dont mix and match.

They have Lexus in Japan now and it's doing horribly. Most people arent willing to pay the extra cash for what was last years Toyota. Only reason to get the Lexus in Japan is for the name.
