Mine has too. Which I'm surprised becuase I have an aftermarket alarm with remote start on my car, it would auto lock and unlock everytime I start or kill the engine.

bed crapping machine lol.. No its the body control module.. It controls about 3/4 of the electronics in your car including power windows, power locks, and some lighting.

How much was the used BCM? Did you have loose wires or install while battery still connected?

its down on the drivers kick panel.. THe wires plug into.. It was $75 dollars used about $400 for a new one. I just have to get the transponder reprogrammed to this new bcm.

To be honest the $5 door lock fix worked a couple times. I put the $5 actuator in a bind by not trimming all the plastic around the handle and the way I installed it was a little different than the author of this post. So it burned out after about 5 uses. Then I started cutting wires and putting volt meters to everything trying to figure out if it was a wiring problem. By doing that either the wires grounded shorting out the bcm and the door switches or when the $5 actuator was in a bind it shorted it out either way. Be careful when you do this operation lol.. test it by hand before you turn the power on and make sure the door lock opens and closes freely or you may burn out your $5 actuator real quick...
