I want to remove the Infiniti badge ( /\ ) on the trunk lid, but im not sure if there is any holes under the badge. i like the rear better without any badges.

Re: Infiniti badge

yeap, it's not a problem. It comes right now. You can use dental floss and then some alchold to get off the adhesive.

Re: Infiniti badge

"Goo Gone" is great at removing the leftover adhesive and it has a yummy citrus orange smell!

Re: Infiniti badge

you will definitely need a good hair dryer for that one... heat it up real good and slowly work your way around with the dental floss.

while the goo is still warm, you can just rub it off with your finger or roll up the big piece of goo and use that. much better than using harsh chemicals like goo gone.

Re: Infiniti badge

Yes by all means use the hair dryer to heat the letters up before you remove them. It made it 100% easier on my coupe last week. Dont forget to clean the entire area and re-wax if you use goo-gone, as it will strip all the protection off of your paint.

Re: Infiniti badge

I used Goo Gone after I removed the "G35" badging and it did not damage my finish in any way, but you should wash it off with soap and water immediately after use.

Re: Infiniti badge

ON SEDANS- there are 2 holes under the badge. I had to cover mine so I know for a fact they are there.
