If the INFINITI emblem is removed from the center of the trunk lid will there be holes left?...If there are holes for mounting studs on the emblem how does one remove the emblem?

goo-gone will remove the adhesive. emblem should come off the same way, only the sedan has the little bolt or mounting stud, but the coupe is just stuck on there with adhesive...

are you going to remove everything or just the INFINITI?

goo-gone, krud kutter, or isopropyl alcohol will all do the trick. just remember to wash the area thoroughly after you finish.

You do not even have to use a hair dryer or floss. I removed mine by pulling them off with my fingers. Floss does make it a little easier, but leaves on just about the same amount of adhesive. I then used Goo Gone to get the adhesive off. It took me about 40 minutes to remove the Infiniti and G35 symbols. Mine is an 03 and still there is no way to tell they were there, no paint fading or anything.

I have Skyline and 350GT on there along with my Infiniti symbol. I know, I know, a lot of people think you should have the Nissan symbol on there if you are going to badge it as a Skyline, but it simply looks better with the Infiniti symbol. In the end, if you really want a true Skyline, you need to purchase it and have it shipped over here. I also did the Skyline door sills.
