which tint to get?

Which tint is better?
3M or Lumar? both come with a lifetime warranty.

3M FTW, but I'm biased because I have it.(5%) I think 3M puts it at 7% though.

either or.. look at the color shade and pick which one you like.. just about every film company offers life time warranty now

Both companys make a high quality tint, so get what you think looks best on
your car. I'd stay away from the reflective tints unless you enjoy getting
violations. If they stop you for tint they'll find other things to write you up
for........been there

i guess imma get lumar since they are charing less. 200$ for lumar and 250$ for 3m at two different stops.

is it possible to tint over the brake light(the brake light on the rear windshield)?

tint type(metallic, semi, dyed, ceramic etc) is more important that brand.

I had mine done. It might cost a couple dollars more but it is worth it.

most tint shops will remove the third brake light so they can tint the entire window. i've only seen a few that don't.

yeah they removed my third brake light and tinted the whole rear windshield, front windsheild and side windows for 160

5% all the way around and 35% on the windshield
