Carbon Fiber Seibon TS Hood Fitment?

My hood arrives tomorrow and im going to be installing it myself. Was there any fitment issues for you guys or does it go in just like OEM? Do you recommend me to get the hood clear coated when i get it or the original clear coat is good enough?

Hey. I've had the same hood for just under a year now and it's perfect. I think your gonna need someone to help with the removal of the stock hood cause its pretty heavy compared to the seibon 1. It took me and a friend like 10 minutes to swap hoods. perfect fit

Hey man were you at Hooters on Rockville Pike on Friday night? I saw a G35 parked out in front right by the handicapped spots that had a TS hood and a bunch of other CF stuff.

my hood had a slight fitment issue due to my aftermarket bumper but for instance if i had all stock parts it would fit like a glove. but other than that hood should fit fine

Sweet, does the hood come with those 2 silver peices at the front to open it up or do you just open it like you do the normal hood?

He's referring to hood dampers, and no they are not included with the CF hood.
