Wavy CustomAutoMesh?

I installed the CustomAutoMesh on my Gialla grille 2 weeks ago, the mesh was put on pretty straight. In the last 2 days, I notice the mesh is getting wavy looking from the side angle. These are vertical waves, I tried straighten it out by gentley pushing on it from the inside, no help. Any of you had this problem?

I had it on my Gialla and didn't have any issues. Remove the grille and try stretching the mesh to remove any slack.

did you heat it up with a blow dryer to straighten it?

take it off. get a hair dryer and heat it up. then stretch it out by pulling on it while it's hot and set it on a flat surface with weight on it to keep it flat.

I think I'll take off the mesh and heat it up with blow dryer, then pull it straight. Just a pain to remove/reapply the 3m tape, align the holes to install.

3m tape for what? the grille? you don't even need 3m tape if the grille fits properly.

Really? The gialle grille came with double-sided tape, I thought you need it for it to be secure on the bottom.
