tips for applying tail overlays?

tips for applying tail overlays?

I should be getting my full smoke overlays tomorrow and was wondering if anybody had any tips to make it possibly any easier?

you did well on the rear valence so I'm sure with a lil help, you'll do well with the tails too

Would it be easier to remove the tails in order to wrap the excess around it? However now that i think of it removing them may not help when you need to apply pressure to press out any bubbles

Thanks to your DIY, my headlight overlays turned out great first time around when I installed them last year.

ive heard the tails are way harder because of the angles. i saw bruce's car yesterday and he did a perfect job on his diffuser.
