Windows not rolling up properly?

You know that function where when you close the door, the window is supposed to go up another 1/2 an inch to properly close? Well I took apart the door this weekend to fix the broken door lock, and now the window doesn't do that anymore. Anyone know how to make it work again? Do I need to reset the ECU or something? I tried searching it on the forum, but honest, i dont really know WHAT to search. Can anyone help me out?

Your motor is going bad. On the bright side, you already have experience taking the door apart.

Mine stopped doing the half-inch thing and then started to really act up after that.
