i think with the tein you have to remove the batt cover is there a way to use them?

I assume that you are talking about the lack of clearance between the damper and batt cover. All you have to do is use a dremel to cut a small part of the battery cover out to give the damper enough clearance. It should come out looking like the pic below from speedraver's DIY.

Just installed mine, u can't use the battery cover at all! (sux) it bumps against the hole where the cover is screwed in at the front. the teins don't hook up on the fender edge either.

I have the Tien Dampers...but there for the 350z someone said that they are the same. Looking at them there different from the NRG's they are flaring out from the top and going in at the base or the bottom.. it opens and closes but I have to lift it all the way and then it will stay as well as it studders as it goes up and down..like its not smooth...I got them for free and used soo im not b*itching..can anyone see if im doing it right..i read the install paper..and this is what it shouldbe....

thanks
